For all participants attending the meeting remotely, or for guests who wish to make public comment from home, please Click Here at the start of the meeting. Please follow these instructions:

1. You will first be placed in a waiting room and then admitted into the Virtual Meeting Room by the moderator.

2. You are encouraged to join prior to the meeting start time. However, if you are joining while the meeting is in progress, please mute your microphone until the chairperson asks for public comment.

3. Please make sure to set your display name to your first and last name. If you are representing a company or firm, please include that in your display name.

4. Make sure chat is enabled. The moderator may give instructions via chat.

5. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes.
