FOIA Payment
This payment form is to be used only at the direction of the Town of Dewey Beach FOIA Coordinator.
Before payment is requested, your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request will be reviewed by the Town FOIA Coordinator. If the request is determined to require more than one hour of staff work time, you will be provided with a FOIA request number and directed to use this form to submit the applicable payment.
Please do not submit payment through this form unless you have received specific instructions from the Town FOIA Coordinator and have been provided with a FOIA request number.
