2021 Election Notice

The Town of Dewey Beach WILL NOT hold its Annual Municipal Election on
Saturday, September 18, 2021

No other persons except the (2) incumbents and (1) candidate are on file for the (3)
Commissioner seats; therefore, it is determined by the Town of Dewey Beach Board of
Elections it is not necessary to hold an election.

Pursuant to Section 10 (a) of the Charter of the Town of Dewey Beach and certified by
the Dewey Beach Board of Elections, the incumbent Commissioners Paul Bauer and
David Andrew Jasinski, and candidate Elisabeth N. Gibbings shall be deemed elected for
a full two (2) year term each.
