If you currently have a pending arraignment in the Alderman Court or have a mail-in ticket/summons that you wish to request an arraignment by Zoom hearing, please complete this form. The Alderman Court, at its discretion, is offering different ways to resolve your case by Zoom video (holding hearings remotely), if/when possible. In order to help you successfully adjudicate (resolve) your case, please complete all fields below.

You must have this information to the court the week prior to your scheduled Zoom hearing. If your case is a mail-in, make sure to submit this form prior to your payment due date.
